The host is Gildart Jackson/Butler Giles. After each crime, the players can investigate either the crime scene, the last known whereabouts or the morgue.
FIRST "KILLED"- Sheri (dropped & broke a glass after the contestants had their first toast)
There is a musket round in the back of Sheri's neck in the morgue. Amongst those in the room were Dontae & Melina.
At the last known whereabouts, Adrianna finds a corner part of a chest that the murderer used to toss Sheri out of the room. The shower's also leaking & Geno uses a steamer to reveal a hidden message on the bathroom mirror- "MEET ME AT THE FISH TANK. HAVE VITAL INFO FOR YOU". Ulysses was also in that area.
Outside, the cast gets to eat some finger sandwiches. After further review, Adrianna's the first possible murderer suspect (but that's way too early at this time & I personally doubt it's her).
In the second half of the premiere, Giles reads the following riddle: "To unlock any mystery, you need a key; so please accept this gift from me. Only think twice on what lock you turn; from the passage you find, you'll surely learn". Each person then takes a key from a tray of 12- on one side is the Bible number 13:17 & the other side has two crowns.
This leads to a missing plate of glass in a big window & a combination of 613 for the trunk that's outside...which contains a slingshot & crowbar.
Every week in the library, each player gets their chance to interpret their case on the current crime. The other possible stated suspects are Kam, Geno, Cris, Dontae & Dana.
According to the killer...Sasha's safe. The killer broke open the bathroom door w/ that crowbar & killed Sheri w/ that musket round using the slingshot while she was directly in front of the fish tank. The tank eventually broke open & the water spilled over to the frayed cord of a lamp that was still on at the time, electrocuting the already dead Sheri.
Giles then distributes envelopes to everyone besides Sasha, all of which hold cards that determine whether or not they're safe too.
