"The American Baking Competition" 6/26

Brian has been using a crutch recently.

SB #5 (eight custards):
Darlene: Vanilla
Francine: Dreamsicle
James: Carmel espresso
Elaine: Crab & fresh corn
Brian: Mexican
Effie: Lime pots de creme (she wasn't happy about them)

TB #5 (perfect chocolate souflees):

S #5 (layered desserts featuring meringue):
Effie: Hazelnut meringue creation
Darlene: Chocolate meringue cake
Elaine: Nutty meringue stack
Francine: Raspberry (the graphics folks goofed by replacing the A in raspberry w/ E) lemon & meringue chiffon cake
Brian: Almond meringue cake
James: Pavlova & lemon layer cake w/ berries

SB- Darlene (2nd straight week)
ELIMINATED- Effie
